      Amendments to the GTC of 21 November 2022

      1. Change of service to desk.ly GmbH
        1. Previously, the GTC stated that the provision of the service would be carried out by basecom GmbH & Co. KG was named. This is now carried out by desk.ly GmbH.
      2. Adjustment of clause 5, remuneration
        1. Concrete naming of the prices in the GTC has been removed and now refers to the concluded contracts & prices stated on the website. Existing customers are not affected by this change, as the prices shown at the time the contract was concluded now apply.
      3. Clarification of the settlement of payments for differences
        1. In order to avoid misunderstandings in the settlement of differential amounts, clause 5 iv has been added.

      The changes will automatically come into effect on 26.01.2023 if the account continues to exist until then. If this is not desired, the account must be closed independently.
