What analytics options does desk.ly offer me?

Keep an overview of the occupancy in your offices at all times.

Dashboard

The dashboard in the admin area gives you a quick overview of today and the next 7 days. You can see which resources are busy and when, and on which days how many of your colleagues are planning to work where (in the office, working from home, absent...). You can filter the data here by location and jump to individual detail pages.

Occupancy does not take into account any partial booking of your resources (seats, zones, meeting rooms), so that even half-day or less use of a single resource represents full occupancy of that resource for the day in question.

Occupancy

The occupancy analysis gives you a deeper insight into the use of your resources by location, floor and room for individual time periods and days of the week. You can view the average occupancy by area, days of the week or grouped by days, weeks or months.

Here too, partial bookings of your resources (seats, zones, meeting rooms) are not taken into account, so that even a half-day or lower utilization of a single resource represents a complete occupancy of this resource for the respective day.

Later on, we would like to offer you further analyses here, which will also enable a pro-rata evaluation (as in the old dashboard, see below).

General analysis (former dashboard)

The general analysis in the admin area is our old dashboard. This can also be used to perform an occupancy analysis, which can be customized by combining several filters. For example, you can display the utilization of seats with the characteristic "window seat" or filter according to certain periods, e.g. the last 60 days.

It should be noted that this evaluation takes into account the partial usage of resources. This means that if a resource was only booked for half a day or even just one hour, it is only included in the percentage occupancy on a pro rata basis (e.g. 50% for half a day).
