Let your catering team know your requirements when you book a meeting room - this saves time and ensures happy meeting participants
With the catering feature, you can specify your catering needs directly when booking a meeting room – provided your company has activated this feature for the location. Your catering request is automatically sent via email to the designated catering contact and to you. This makes organizing your meeting even easier and more efficient!
How it works:
1. Select your meeting room
After choosing your meeting room and the desired time, you’ll be directed to the booking overview. Here, you’ll find the option to add catering.
2. Add catering
Simply check the box “Add catering” and describe your requirements in the text field. For example: “Water, tea, coffee, and cookies – for 6 people.” Your catering team will get all the details they need to perfectly prepare for your meeting.
💡 Tip: The more specific you are, the better your catering contact can meet your needs!
3. Finalize your booking
Click “Book now!” to complete your booking. Your catering request will be automatically included in the booking confirmation, which is sent to both you and the designated catering contact via email.

Cancellations:
If you cancel a booking with catering, both you and the catering contact will automatically receive a cancellation email.
Changes to your catering request:
If you need to make changes to your catering after booking, you can contact the catering contact directly. Their details can be found in the confirmation email.
