desk.ly fulfils all requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation and is data protection compliant as an organisation and software. We have based our product on the essential legal guidelines such as data protection through the design of technology with the appropriate default settings (Art. 25 EU GDPR) and support customers in managing their data subject rights (right to deletion, information or data portability; Chapter 3 EU GDPR) and make appropriate adjustments.
Due to the self-service approach of desk.ly, employees can also view their digital booking overview at any time and anonymise their data, or more precisely their name. Only the admin for the administration and organisation of the flex office has the possibility to view the user data.
