What happens if I do not assign users to permission groups?
By using authorisation groups, employees are given access to specific locations, floors, seating plans and seats in our desksharing tool.
Have user groups already been defined for locations, floors, plans and/or spaces, but there are users who do not belong to any authorisation group, these users will not see anything and cannot make any bookings. It is therefore advisable to define the authorisation groups for the users first and then activate these groups for the locations, etc.
