What roles are available at desk.ly and what permissions do they have?

In addition to Admin and Standard Users, desk.ly also offers Manager and Analyst roles!

Manager

The Manager is a user role below the Admin that allows access to the following functions in the admin area:

  • Edit locations
  • Edit users
  • Delete bookings

By default, the Manager's rights apply to all locations, but they can be restricted to specific locations if needed.

Analyst

The Analyst role allows access to the analytics area and the booking overview in the admin area. Analysts do not have editing rights and cannot make changes to locations, users, or bookings.

This role can also be restricted to specific locations if needed.

Both roles naturally have all the rights of standard users, allowing them to make and manage their own bookings and update their own status.
