Why do I not see any bookings in the booking overview under the drop down menu?
Use the booking overview in the desk sharing application and you'll see all bookings.
This drop down menu only shows people for whom you are allowed to book. Thus, this menu only appears when other colleagues have switched on the "Approval function" for you. Then you can also see the bookings for your colleagues in the booking overview under "My bookings".
