Requirements for the use of desk.ly

Do I need special software or hardware to use desk.ly?

No. desk.ly works on almost all devices and does not require any hardware / server on site. The only requirement is a web browser and an internet connection.

Setup

How long does it take to set up desk.ly?

On average, it takes about an hour. After you have created your company, you can directly upload locations, floor and room plans. You can then add bookable spaces to the desks. Depending on the size of the company, the time required increases.

Are there any special costs for the facility?

No. There are no costs for the facility.

Do I need programming knowledge to set it up?

No. All settings and setup steps can be carried out via the user interface.

Use

Can the system be stored with its own CI?

You can equip our system with a so-called white label function. You can freely define in which colour the tool is displayed, which logo should be visible to the user and on which domain the page is accessible.

Can I assign equipment to individual workstations?

You can freely define which features or equipment are assigned to a workstation. When you create a workstation, you can create it directly with the appropriate equipment, such as: Mac monitor, window seat, communicative, marketing seat.

What data can my employees see in desk.ly?

You can freely define which information your employees can see and edit. Roles (e.g. administrator) can be defined and assigned to individual employees.

Does desk.ly offer the possibility to anonymise booking information?

As an administrator, you can freely define how you want to use our tool. If you want a certain anonymity of the employees as a requirement, you can select the function “anonymise” in our system. With this function, you hide all the names of the employees.
