    As an administrator, you can view the utilisation of the office space. Through various filter options, you have the possibility to evaluate an analysis of the office space used.

    You can display a list of all bookings made and download it as an export/report. For secure contact tracing (Covid-19), you have the option to issue the list as a PDF or CSV file.

    We offer you a connection to MS Azure, Office 365 and Google.

    The search function gives you the possibility to search and book specific spots, such as ‘space 3 in marketing’.

  • Workspace equipment

    Not only workspace equipment, but also individual features can be added to a workspace. Administrators have the possibility to enter seats as ‘communicative seat’ or ‘window seat’ etc.

  • Booking approval - “Who can book for me?”

    Employees can send booking approval to other colleagues and superiors, e.g. to enable team leaders to make bookings for their teams.

  • Mobile first was developed with a mobile-first approach and is fully responsive. Our smartphone view guarantees easy booking.

  • Favourite seats

    Individual spaces can be labelled as favourite spots in Selecting favourite spots makes the booking process easier and faster.

  • Dark Mode

    Many users will recognise this feature from Apple devices. Instead of the classic light view, you can also choose a dark view of the application. Our tool also has this little gimmick and can be used in Dark Mode.

  • Recurring bookings

    As a user you can choose recurring bookings. A free data picker allows you to select individual days and compile your serial booking. If you are unable to use a day in the booking, there is the option of cancelling individual days.

  • Colleague search - “Who is in the office?”

    With our new feature you can easily find out which colleagues are in the office. Click the map symbol to see where the colleagues you are looking for are sitting.
